At the entrance of the harbor, along the ramparts, the northern bastion and the Scala of the Casbah, where old canons are exposed, offer a wonderful view of the city. Inside the walls; Essaouira’s medina offers a charming colorful stroll in its small shopping streets with their shaded terraces, Moorish cafes and various souks of fish, grains, spices, antiques and handicrafts.
